1. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all pre-paid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) incurs a nominal charge of ₹40.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to products already on offer.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouses or trusted third-party facilities across India.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business daysfrom receipt of payment.
- Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is cash-only and limited to orders up to ₹1,000.
- Gift Cards cannot be used for COD orders.
- Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
- Packages can only be opened after payment.
- Orders must be signed for by the person who placed the order.
- Deliveries cannot be redirected or rescheduled to another address.
3. Delivery Availability
- Delivery is available only in cities listed on our website.
- Tangy Spoon is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details if needed.
4. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable
- Locked premises
- One re-delivery attempt will be made; extra charges may apply.
- Deliveries may be rescheduled due to floods, heavy rain, or national bandh.
5. Damages & Shortages
- Damages or shortages must be reported on the day of delivery.
- Please highlight discrepancies on the delivery challan and return it to the delivery personnel.
6. Dispatch Timelines
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.
- No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
7. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary based on product size, packaging, and location.
- Final delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
